Career Pilot Program Payment Schedule

You are not required to pay for the Career Pilot Programme™ upfront. Our payment schedule is designed to ensure your training continuity while minimizing your payments and training risk. This payment schedule is broken down as follows:

Phase 1 – Basic training
Your first payment of $15,000.00 is due on your first day of class. After 28 days of enrolment the second payment of $10,000.00 will be made. After 56 days of course start the third payment of $10,000.00 will be made. If additional training is required then this amount will be billed at the published rates as the excess is required.

Phase 2 – EASA (formerly JAA) ATPL Theoretical training
A fourth payment of $3,000.00 is required 84 days after course start plus any differential incurred throughout the course for aircraft upgrade and/or any additional instruction/training/equipment additions not included in the base price of course.

Phase 3 – Professional training
Upon completion of all JAA ATPL written exams, your final payment of will be made according to the Career Pilot Programme that you have undertaken:

  • EASA Career Pilot Program – Any additional training costs required to meet testing standards
  • EASA & FAA Career Pilot Program – A final payment of $6500.00 plus any additional training costs required to meet testing standards
