**Aircraft Rental Requirements
To rent an aircraft from NAC holding a current FAA certificate, you will need to receive a basic check-out with one of the NAC instructors. NAC welcomes Foreign Pilots. In order to fly in USA airspace Foreign Pilot Licence holders must convert their licenses, click here to find out more about the process.
NAC's policy requires a minimum of 4 hours aircraft rental per day, if any pilot plans to take an aircraft for an 8 hour period or longer in a 24 hour period.
All pilots must:
- Be Rated in Category and Class of Aircraft to be Flown
- Have a Current Medical Certificate
- Meet all FAR Currency Requirements
- Have all Bahamas Flights approved by a NAC Flight Instructor
- All licenses written in a foreign language need to be accompanied by an English translation by the Foreign Aviation Issuing Authority
